CHANGING LIVES
Avril Henry AM
Avril founded Avril Henry & Associates in 2003 after a career in investment banking, people and culture, and corporate leadership.
She spent sixteen years in advisory roles across Army, Navy and Air Force, including as Senior Advisor to the Chief of Army on gender diversity and cultural reform.
She was made a Member of the Order of Australia (AM) in 2024, for significant contributions to business consultancy, project management and women.
SAVING LIVES
David Kwasha
David began his career in health care as an intensive care nurse and paramedic.
He then spent a decade at Roche, in Australia and at Roche HQ in Switzerland before taking regional leadership roles at Actelion and Alexion. There he led the operational set-up in ten countries across the JAPAC region, bringing treatments for ultra-rare and life-threatening disease into markets that did not have them.
He joined Avril Henry & Associates as coach and CEO in 2019.
